1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period is 14 days from contract conclusion.

4. Effects of withdrawal

We refund all payments within 14 days using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. No fees for the refund.

5. Early service and compensation

If you requested immediate access to digital content during the withdrawal period, you may owe compensation for the proportion of service already provided.

6. Loss of withdrawal right

For digital content, the withdrawal right may expire if you expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged loss of the right before the period ended.

7. Exclusions

Withdrawal may not apply where digital service was fully performed with your prior express consent.

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

9. Subscription cancellation

Cancellation stops renewal at period end and is separate from statutory withdrawal.
