How we measure success
Revenue matters — we're a business, not a hobby project. But our
north-star metrics are human: retention after the first three
matchdays, support tickets resolved under four hours, and the
percentage of managers who say they learned something new about
tactics each week.
We publish an annual transparency report summarising platform
uptime, data sources, and community impact spending. If we fall
short of our standards, we say so openly and publish a remediation
plan.
