Contractual terms for using the Startelffantasy platform.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Startelffantasy platform, including free and paid features. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Agreement

By accessing startelffantasy.com or creating an account, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

Startelffantasy GmbH implements this policy transparently and in compliance with German and EU law, including the GDPR, BDSG, and applicable consumer protection regulations. Our legal team reviews these documents regularly and updates them when required.

This policy applies to your use of startelffantasy.com, including registration, login, premium subscriptions, the Squad Builder, leagues, virtual stadiums, and all related services. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood this section.

3. Services described

Startelffantasy offers squad building, leagues, analytics, AI predictions, virtual stadiums (Premium), blog content, and community features for Bundesliga-focused fantasy football.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter contracts. Users 16–18 require parental consent where required by local law.

5. Registration

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and maintain only one account per person unless we approve otherwise.

6. Free and paid plans

Starter is free. Pro Manager and Elite are paid monthly subscriptions. Prices include German VAT. Billing is in advance each month.

7. Payment and default

Payments are processed via Stripe. Failed payments may result in suspension of Premium features after notice.

8. Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for paid contracts. See our Cancellation Policy.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel Premium anytime before the next billing date via profile or support@startelffantasy.com. Access continues until the paid period ends.

10. Licence grant

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment. All IP remains with Startelffantasy GmbH or licensors.

11. User conduct

You must not cheat, scrape, reverse engineer, harass users, upload unlawful content, or circumvent technical limits.

12. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

13. Fantasy sports disclaimer

Startelffantasy is entertainment. Ratings and predictions are not betting or financial advice. We are not liable for decisions you make based on platform data.

14. Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and force majeure may cause outages.

15. Liability

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise liability is limited as permitted by German law for slight negligence on essential obligations.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts for violations. You may delete your account at any time.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance unless you object and terminate.

18. Governing law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction for merchants and public bodies is Munich. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
